Wayne is a retired Organizational Development Consultant with a background in not-for-profit organizations. After completing his MSW and working as a senior executive in three not-for-profits in Quebec and Ontario he decided to improve his organizational administrative skills by completing a PhD program at Ohio State University focused on organizational behaviour. Wayne has lived in Vancouver over 30 years and his 35-year consulting career has taken him to many parts of the world. The focus of his practice was on Organizational Assessments, Leadership and Team development. In addition to being a Certified Management Consultant, he was also a Certified Human Resources Professional. He was President of the British Columbia Certified Management Association and is currently a Fellow. He is also presently a board member of the Silver Harbour Seniors’ Activity Centre and is a Past President of North Shore Community Resources.
