Matt Muir is the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Coast Capital Savings and leads a 30-person team spread across locations in Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, and Victoria. Coast Capital’s real estate group provides term, CMHC, land, and construction financing across all asset types spread throughout BC, as well as major urban markets across Canada.
A graduate of UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Matt spent time working in appraisal, brokerage, and land acquisitions before moving into banking and commercial lending.
Matt currently resides in West Vancouver, where he is raising three school aged children alongside his wife. In his spare time, Matt enjoys everything that the North Shore has to offer including skiing, biking, and hiking.
