If you were wondering why you heard so many relieved sighs coming from the Twin Towers building, I’m here to put your curiosity to rest. Our amazing volunteer, Nicolas, was there doing one-on-one sessions with residents to support them with their technological needs. With one resident, who required help with her printer, emails, issues with her provider Rogers, and Windows computer updates, Nicolas stayed for 4 hours just to lend a hand! I’m tired just thinking about it all, and here’s Nicolas, volunteering his time and skills to help others. So, you can see why we had to put a spotlight on our volunteer Nikolas.
